We’re activating the next generation(s) of regenerative changemakers.
We’re not idealists. We’re optimistic realists.
If you still believe regenerative outcomes are plausible only in a naive utopia - you’re missing the point.
As new generations enter the workforce, brands and organisations that are fixated solely on maximising shareholder return are quickly losing business & talent.
The transition to a new economic paradigm is already well under way.
We’re strengthening it by implementing pathways for practical action.

From our generation, for our generation.
Wise Generation is transforming the nature of work. We’re pioneering a strategic approach to regenerative development which involves diverse stakeholders from across the economy. We are championing individual & organisational agency by growing regenerative capability & the wealth-generating capacity of all participants.
This is how we powerfully shape the new normal.

Our founder.
Ryah Chandler is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment & a regenerative economy.
In 2019, while working at a start-up bank in Sydney, she discovered regenerative development, sparking a profound shift in her life. She left her job to study Regenerative Entrepreneurship through the University of International Cooperation in Costa Rica, gaining real-world insight into global systems change.
She deepened her learning through The Regenerative Practitioner series with Regenesis Group & furthered her understanding of financial systems through courses with the Capital Institute.
Ryah has been taught & influenced by thought leaders such as Kate Raworth, John Fullerton, Daniel Christian-Wahl, Katherine Trebeck, Bill Reed, & the late Carol Sanford amongst others - shaping her commitment to creating viable, regenerative business models grounded in integrity & impact.
Whilst studying she has worked in the yachting industry on sailboats—fostering a heartfelt dedication to ocean conservation. This experience deepened her connection to nature, enabled immersive global exploration, & enriched her understanding of place-based environmental & cultural dynamics—insights essential to authentic regenerative practice.
