We may contact you to discuss your application or match you to potential job roles based on the information you provide.
We do not guarantee any job offer or placement. Decisions on hiring are made solely by the employing organisation.
2. Recruitment Services for Businesses
We provide recruitment and consultancy services, including posting job vacancies, sourcing Candidates, and shortlisting suitable applicants based on specified criteria.
While we conduct reasonable checks, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Candidate’s information or background.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including verifying references, qualifications, and legal right-to-work documentation.
3. Site Content
The content provided on the Site (including job listings and blog articles) is for general information and guidance.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any content (including job listings) at our sole discretion and without notice.
7. Registration and Account Security

9. Client Obligations
Accuracy of Job Listings: You represent and warrant that any job advertisements, descriptions, or criteria you post or provide to us are accurate, not misleading, and comply with all applicable UK employment and non-discrimination laws.
Screening and Compliance: You are responsible for conducting your own background checks, right-to-work verifications, and compliance with employment legislation.
Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all agreed recruitment or consultancy fees in accordance with the payment terms set forth in your service contract or agreement with us.
10. Intellectual Property
Ownership: We (and our licensors, where applicable) own all intellectual property rights in and to the Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and underlying software.
Use of Site Materials: You may download or print extracts from the Site for your personal or internal business use. You must not modify any materials you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, or graphics separately from the accompanying text.

15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wise Generation, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have breached these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
